The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the valley. the food was also delicious and freshly prepared. the hotel was located in a convenient and easily accessible area.
The service was severely lacking. the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and basic amenities like dental kits and irons were not provided, even upon request.

The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast spread was limited and the preparation could have been better. The housekeeping service needs improvement as we had to repeatedly request for basic toiletries.

It provides a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by greenery and offers breathtaking views. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile on their face. the service is prompt and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast served is basic but delicious, with options like eggs, cereals, and milk. the hotel provides a great experience for families with kids.
There were no lifts/elevators in the hotel, making it difficult to move luggage to the rooms.
